LENOXVILLE HOUSES - Harlem

This development is successfiil in the unification of two (2) sets of dissimilar seven (7) story buildings with distinctly different personalities on a singular New York City urban block face within the budget.

Before
They had been vacant and vandalized over ten (10) years yielding little more than four walls, rotting floors and a sound foundation.

We seized on this opportunity to begin anew on a virtually blank page by
closing all street entrances and creating a central entrance with a large lobby
and radiating public hallsthat connected eight buildings horizontally. These
consolidated buildings were then supplied with moderate speed elevators thus shortening the building. The structures received new life support systems, exterior and interior finishes.

After
This resulted in the creation of 133 Moderate Income dwelling units ranging from o-bedroom to 3-bedrooms. The exteriors are finished to match their
rythym and personality.

The developer was Eastway Construction Corporation utilizing HUD assistance.
